• Phase 1 Scoping Study -  

The Scoping Study can save clients considerable time and expense by determining early on whether the proposal appears to have economic merit or the likelihood of achieving the objective.

• Phase 2 Feasibility Study -  

The Feasibility Study assesses the economic viablity of the proposed business and includes detailed financial analysis and modeling, and a recommendation of whether the venture appears worthy of pursuing. A Feasibility Study is  required for most federal grant applications and by most commercial lendors and investors.

• Phase 3 Business Planning

 An investment-grade Business Plan is the blueprint for operating the business based upon the Feasibility Study conclusion that it has merit. A Business Plan is required for most federal grant applications and by most commercial lendors and investors.  

• Phase 4 Build/Equip Construction/Commissioning

 During Phase 4 equipment is procured and installation is complete including any site/facility preparation.
